Check In

The key safe is located just outside our reception door. You will need to put in a passcode which will be the last four digits of your mobile phone number (provided in your booking) and then you will need to press the hash key! Your keys will drop down into the safe in an envelope with a map which will show you how to get to your cabin/site. The grey key ring attached to your keys is used to access the gate, the pole is on the right hand side of the drive way a couple of meters before the actual gate, place the grey key ring close to the black pad at the top of the pole to access the gate. If you have any troubles please contact us at reception on the after hours number provided on the reception door.

Cancellation Policy

PLEASE NOTE: CANCELLATION INSURANCE IS AVAILABLE FOR PURCHASE ON ALL BOOKINGS MADE DIRECTLY WITH OUR PARK EITHER VIA PHONE, OUR WEBSITE OR IN PERSON.

LOW PERIOD:

During off peak (low period) deposits will only be refunded if the park is notified of the cancellation 48 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.

If notice is given less than 48 hours before your scheduled arrival, the Park will retain all of the deposit.

Bookings can be moved without penalty if given at least 48 hours notice.

Any deposits refunded will be minus a $25.00 booking administration fee.

There are NO REFUNDS for early departures, no shows, change of mind, inclement weather or where guests are asked to leave the park for breaching park rules.

PEAK AND HIGH PEAK PERIODS:

During peak & high peak periods, bookings must be PAID IN FULL 14 days prior to arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if you notify the Park of your cancellation at least 14 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

If you provide 7-13 days, notice of cancellation, your payment will only be refunded if the site or cabin is resold for the whole duration of the period booked.

If notice is received less than 7 days before your scheduled arrival, full payment will be forfeited.

Bookings can be moved without penalty if given at least 14 days notice.

Any deposits refunded will be minus a $25.00 booking administration fee.

GROUP BOOKINGS:

Group bookings include bookings made up of 5 or more sites and/or cabins and require a 25% deposit at time of booking. Group bookings must be PAID IN FULL 30 days prior to arrival. Deposits will only be refunded if you notify the park of your cancellation at least 30 days prior to your scheduled arrival.

If you provide 14-29 days, notice of cancellation, your payment will only be refunded if the site or cabin is resold for the whole duration of the period booked.

If notice of cancellation OR adjustments is received less than 14 days before your scheduled arrival, the full payment will be forfeited.

Bookings can be moved without penalty if given at least 30 days notice.

Any deposits refunded will be minus a $25.00 booking administration fee.

FAILURE TO NOTIFY OF CANCELLATION:

If you do not notify the Park of your cancellation, have not paid in full for your accommodation in the required timeframe or if you do not arrive by 10am on the day after your scheduled arrival date, then your booking may be cancelled by the Park without any refund to you.

Minimum stays apply for long weekends, public holidays and special events.

Property Terms & Conditions:

** Upon making your reservation a deposit of one night’s accommodation plus your online booking fee will be charged by Eureka Stockade Holiday Park which will confirm and secure your reservation. After the deposit has been taken we will email your receipt and confirmation. You will be required to pay your balance of accommodation in full on arrival at our park. Once you have made a booking you have entered into a contract with Eureka Stockade Holiday Park.

When hiring a cabin the person/s registering as the guest/s will be required to present photo ID and a valid credit card number on arrival. The person who’s name appears on the booking will be requested to sign a guest registration form accepting they will be liable for any loss or damage to the appliances, furniture, keys, fixtures & all fittings including any extra cleaning fees to the Cabin/Site. Negligent damage caused by the registered guest/s to the Cabin/s and/or Ensuite/s will have their registered Credit Card charged for the cost of the repair or any loss of accommodation should the cabin be unable to be resold on their due departure date.

The owners and management reserve the right to withdraw, cancel, and decline to accept or retain a booking for any person or party if a patron’s conduct is incompatible with the interests, harmony, comfort or welfare of other persons. The minimum age to make a reservation is 18. A responsible adult must accompany any persons under 18. The person whose name appears on the booking and the Guest Registration Form, assumes responsibility for the park patrons for which the booking covers and their visitors. A maximum number of occupants applies for each cabin type, as noted on the Eureka Stockade Holiday Park website and cannot be exceeded. If on arrival the number of people exceeds the maximum for the accommodation type, we may be unable to accept the booking or you may be charged for a larger cabin depending on availability and the number of people.

When hiring a site the hirer is required provide a credit card number on check-in or $20.00 cash as security over the key. Loss of keys are at a charge of $40.00. Reception hours are 8:30am to 6:00pm from Monday to Saturday and 9:00am to 6:00pm on Sundays. Late arrivals must pre-arrange with the park before close of business on the day of your arrival. The booking must be paid for in full prior to your arrival date. Your key & check-in instructions will then be placed in our secure key safe for you which is located just outside our reception door. If you are departing early please return the key to the keyhole drop just outside the reception door.

Check-in and Check Out

Check-in from 2:00pm onwards. Check Out time is strictly 10:00am unless otherwise pre-arranged with Park Management. Failure to check out of the cabin at the designated time, will incur additional costs. Maximum costs can be equivalent to the nightly rate. On departure all rubbish must be removed and placed in park bins provided. Dishes are to be cleaned, dried and put back away in the cupboards. Failure to do this will also result in an additional cleaning fee. There are NO Refunds for early departures. Accommodation is serviced on departure only or upon arrangement at reception for an additional fee.

No parties!

Eureka Stockade Holiday Park maintains a strict NO PARTY POLICY; First warning by management = free, second warning = $100 charge to the registered Credit Card, third warning you will be asked to vacate the premises permanently. We reserve the right to terminate accommodation without refund at any time.

Smoking

Persons found smoking in ANY of our cabins will incur a $250 fee charged to their account; this is to cover costs of extra cleaning time, cleaning walls, curtains, dry cleaning, carpet cleaning, mattress cleaning and loss of occupancy during this time. We also have a strict Non Smoking Policy in all of our indoor areas (Amenities Block, Camp Kitchen, Games Room & Laundry). Strictly NO Fires.

Pets

Dogs are the only type of pet allowed to enter the park and are only permitted on powered sites. We do not accept pets in any of our cabins. All dogs are to be pre-booked and are permitted entry at the manager’s discretion. Please ensure your dog is registered with reception. See rules for staying with your dog here.

Eureka Stockade Holiday Park will not be responsible for, or liable to compensate for the loss, theft or damage of personal property on, or brought into the cabin/site or in the immediate vicinity of any of the cabins/site. All persons enter the park at their own risk and are responsible for their own possessions and vehicles.
